Did not enjoy the food honestly. Tried 3 dishes & all were below average. Portions were not satisfactory at all. *fried oyster mushrooms were so oily. *pad thai was not tasting like Thai. *thai tea was like ready-made powder mix thai tea. Stuffs were good, quick service.

The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. One thing to note is that the spice level is serious. We ordered our dishes mild, and they were still quite spicy. This isn't a complaint, as we enjoy spicy food and have a moderate tolerance, but it's worth knowing if you prefer milder flavors. The vegetarian selection was especially impressive. There were two full pages of vegetarian options, and they weren't simply meatless versions of the standard dishes. The menu felt thoughtfully developed in its own right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. The red curry was outstanding.

Duck is unforgiving—if it’s rushed or mishandled, it turns rubbery—but here it was fall-apart tender and juicy, with beautifully balanced flavors. The krapow was another standout, especially the fried egg, which was done exactly right with those crispy, lacy edges and a soft center. We’ve visited Ros Niyum Thai multiple times now, and it has consistently been a satisfying dining experience. 🍜🍛 Over several visits, we’ve tried their curries, noodles, and fried rice, and the quality and portion sizes have always been impressive. Great quantity for the price! One thing to note is their spice level system—rated as 1, 2, 3 (Mild, Medium, Spicy). 🌶️ We usually order Medium, but for us it turns out the spice we want(we usually eat spicy). So if you prefer a balanced heat, I’d recommend ordering one level below your usual spice tolerance. It makes a noticeable difference and lets you enjoy the flavors better. Their appetizers are definitely worth exploring. The rolls are crisp and flavorful, and if you enjoy a hint of sweetness, the puffs are a delightful option. 🥟✨ Don’t forget to ask for their hot sauce—it elevates the appetizers perfectly. I recently visited Ros Niyom in Round Rock, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere — stylish but comfortable, with a welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for both casual lunches and cozy dinners. The food was outstanding — full of authentic Thai flavors and beautifully presented. I ordered a few dishes to share, and every single one was delicious. The curry had the perfect balance of spice and creaminess, the noodles were cooked just right, and the ingredients tasted fresh and vibrant. You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed.
